Fat Burning Breakfast Smoothie
I usually only share this recipe with clients, but because I keep getting such amazing feedback from them about how much they ABSOLUTELY LOVE their breakfast smoothie I simply can't keep it to myself anymore!
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and having a balanced breakfast is crucial to maintaining your blood sugar and energy stable throughout the day...if you're breakfast currently consists of coffee or nothing then this is the number one thing you can do for yourself to improve your health and manage your weight. For best results, start consuming within 1 hour after waking.
Here it goes:
Breakfast Smoothie Recipe
Makes one shake. :
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend at high speed for about 2 minutes or until smooth. If the shake is too thick, add more water until you reach your desired consistency.
