3 Ingredient Homemade Deodorant
Make your own deodorant with 3 ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen.
Your skin is your largest organ and what you put on it is absorbed into your bloodstream and travels through your entire body - just like food!
So that is exactly what I make my deodorant out of: FOOD! The best part: it works wonderfully and has even helped me perspire less! Give it a try!
Why make the switch?
Mix baking soda and arrowroot powder in a medium size bowl, add in coconut oil and essential oil. Mash it all together with a fork until well combined. Store at room temp.
Unlike other deodorants, this one creates an alkaline environment in your armpit which keeps the bacteria that causes body odor faaaar far away! It lasts all day and even through the night
I found that on days that I forget to apply deodorant (yes, it happens...) I now don´t have body odor anymore! A few years back this would´ve been impossible!!!
Give your skin some days to adapt to the deodorant. You might not find it as effective at first as your skin needs to adapt to the new deodorant, but hang in there, it's well worth the results!
